Approach

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I am also culturally sensitive and affirming of 2SLGBTQ+ identities, ensuring that all clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their unique experiences. and connection are central to my practice, so you can expect a warm, collaborative style. We’ll check in regularly to ensure the process feels supportive and adjust as needed.

I draw from a rich blend of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Adlerian, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Attachment Styles, Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy. My aim is not only to equip you with practical tools to navigate life's challenges but also to help you cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

I offer a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs, supporting children, adolescents, youth, and young adults. Whether you're seeking healing, change, or a better understanding of yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Therapy, for me, is all about genuine connection. I see it as a space where we work together, where you can show up as you are, and know that you’ll be met with honesty and warmth. I’m here to listen, challenge when needed, and offer support through all the ups and downs. I believe in being authentic with my clients — you’ll always know where I stand. I strive to create a space where we can explore the tough stuff, celebrate the wins, and find moments of humor and lightness along the way.

My work as a therapist is deeply grounded in offering a counseling experience that allows you to feel empowered, safe, and comfortable. I’m committed to your commitment, so I’m going to make sure you get the most out of our time together!
