Registered Psychotherapist, M.Sc., M.Phil.
I am simply an observer as you scale your mountains, while I navigate my own; I watch you closely to help guide you through the cliffs.
My story
With roots in India and Bangladesh, I grew up in a boarding school, surrounded by different cultures and narratives. It felt like living in a big book, where each person had their own unique story. This sparked my curiosity about people and their emotions, something I’ve carried with me ever since. I also spent more than a decade in Bangalore, a city known for its cultural diversity, which deepened my love and appreciation for Southern culture. These experiences shaped how I see the world and the shared narratives that connect us all.
I’m someone who is continually learning and evolving, firmly believing in the transformative power of inner work. It brings me immense joy to support others on their journeys. I truly cherish the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, uncover their strengths, and tap into their potential.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in Bollywood classics, exploring the depths of mythology and history, or experimenting in the kitchen (though I can’t promise that every dish will be a hit!). I hold my family and friends close to my heart; they truly mean the world to me. Whether it’s enjoying quality time with loved ones or taking long, reflective walks, I believe that nurturing our connections enriches our lives and keeps us grounded.
